Advanced objectives are typically large and technically challenging in nature. These objectives require more time, preparation, and expert skill to guide. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your scheduled trip can be rescheduled or refunded minus a 15% booking fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled trip can be rescheduled or you may choose to receive a 50% refund of the full day’s fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled trip will not be refunded. Weather related cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis, however, we are more than happy to reschedule if the forecast is looking grim.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your scheduled course/trip will be refunded minus a 15% booking fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days will forfeit any and all payments.
