Two Day Lake Willoughby
Lake Willoughby is arguably the best steep waterfall ice area in the United States. On this two day steep ice climbing course we will tackle the Lakes multi pitch terrain in the beautiful, challenging location of northern Vermont. The routes at the Lake are often bathed in sunshine and covered with thick blue ice. This is the place to climb if you are looking for the longest steep ice routes in the northeast

New England Classics Overnight
This ice course is a two day climbing trip to sample the best of New England's ice. Our travels will take us to Cannon Cliff in Franconia Notch NH and to lake Willoughby in northern Vermont. On Cannon Cliff, the Black Dike and Fafnir routes are two of our favorite routes to climb. At Lake Willoughby the climbs of Twenty Below Zero, The Glass Menagerie and the Last Gentleman offer excellent challenges. Conditions and group objectives will influence our exact route selection.

Two Day Mixed Climbing Course
This two day course will teach you the skills needed to enter the modern world of mixed climbing. Mono points, dry tool placements, efficient movement over rock terrain and rock and ice gear are all topics to be covered and practiced during this course. Our climbing venues may include the Flume Gorge, Frankenstein, Cannon or Cathedral Ledge. Join us and climb the classic mixed routes of New Hampshire.

5 Day Lake Willoughby Course
During our 5 day Lake Willoughby Course you will get the opportunity to sample classic ice routes to your heart's content at one of the country finest ice venues.The first two days of this course will be spent reviewing and practicing technical skills such as: movement, protection, anchors, belays, descending techniques, and v-threads. This will set the stage for the remainding three days of the course during which we will climb longer routes and fine tuning steep ice climbing skills, improve endurance and build confidence.
